Add / change user data
When you create your account, you will be asked for mandatory data that is automatically stored in your user profile.
To access your user profile, please click on ‘my user profile’

You can change or add the following user data at a later date:
Under the tab ‘User account’
Under the tab ‘Contact details’
- Telephone (office)
- Mobile phone
- Alternative e-mail address
- Alternative telephone number
Under the tab Password
All greyed out fields or field contents cannot be changed by you. If there are any changes here, please contact the support team. This data includes:

Under the tab ‘Contact details’
- Country
- All company data (company name, VO number, region, address)
All data under the tab ‘Authorisations’
