A distinction is made between different account types. In principle, the user account must be applied for by the user himself at https://brand-dialog.telekom.com.
If you are a Deutsche Telekom employee and would like to apply for an account, please proceed as follows:
Click on ‘Apply for user account’.
Click on ‘I am a Deutsche Telekom employee’ and ‘Continue’.
Please fill in the personal data completely, starred fields are mandatory. An internal Deutsche Telekom address must be entered under ‘E-mail address’.
Please enter the full name of the company under ‘Deutsche Telekom company’ (no abbreviations).
In the next step, the data must be checked. If they are correct, read through the ‘Terms of use’ and tick ‘I have read and accept the BRAND DIALOG terms of use’, then click on ‘Next’.
As soon as the account has been authorised by Support, you will receive a notification by e-mail asking you to reset your password.

If you would like to apply for an account as an agency employee, please proceed as follows:
Click on ‘Apply for user account’.
Click on ‘I am an external contractor of Deutsche Telekom’ and ‘Continue’.
Please fill in the personal data completely, starred fields are mandatory. No functional mailbox such as info@, kontakt@ or similar may be entered under ‘E-mail address’.
Please also fill in the company data completely.
Please enter the e-mail address of your responsible telecoms contact person and click on ‘Next’.
In the next step, the data must be checked. If they are correct, please read through the ‘Terms of use’ and tick the box ‘I have read and accept the BRAND DIALOG terms of use’, then click on ‘Next’.
The Telekom contact person will receive an e-mail requesting legitimisation of the user account. As soon as the account has been authorised by the contact person and approved by Support, you will receive a notification by e-mail asking you to reset your password.
