Project submission

Submitting a new project only takes a few seconds.

The following table shows an overview of supported documents and file types.

Mandatory fields

An internal telekom project manager must be selected as the agency account user for your project. Normally, this is the person who commissioned the project from you.
If you are posting your submission via a corporate account (i.e. as a Telekom employee), you have the option of nominating an external project manager (in addition to yourself as the internal project manager).

The document title corresponds to the file name and later also to the project title.
 
Important information about the project should be included in the message to the reviewer, for example

• the medium (social media, website, flyer, newspaper advert, radio, TV)
• any relevant references to previously approved projects that are similar to this one.

Once submitted, the document is ready for review by the approval managers. After 48 hours at the latest, you will receive the first feedback in the form of an approval or a request for correction. You will receive these notifications in the form of system-generated emails. You can find out more about ‘Notifications’ here.
